Roles and Responsibilities :

• Partner with business and technology representatives in establishing project teams and providing overall direction for the technology development components of projects from initiation through to production installation.
• Manage projects end to end related to Microsoft services (.Net), where the candidate will be expected to setup comprehensive stakeholder management, communication plan with internal and external leadership
• Develop project plan, manage risk and issues along with an effective mitigation strategy
• Maintains formal project tracking utilizing various tools and proactively communicates, manages and resolves project issues and risks.
• Extensive experience on delivery management using Waterfall and Agile methodology
• Activity and resource planning
• Define project schedules, allocate resources, scope and time management
• Align project objectives and project team’s alignment on objectives
• Ability to support the project team with the technical solutioning direction and mentorship
• Project monitoring and health reporting
• Extensive experience of implementing CMMI quality processes and identify process gaps
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• People management experience
• Savings, quality improvement impact analysis of projects
